KitKat Chocolatory -
Reimagining an icon, one custom bar at a time.

We developed the concept, packaging, and brand assets for the launch of KitKat’s pop-up store, showcasing their luxury range and customisable breaks a fresh twist on a classic chocolate that hadn’t changed in over 55 years.

To bring the experience to life, we designed a series of immersive pop-up stores. The visual identity combined premium materials, bold flavour cues, and playful modular layouts to reflect the personalisation at the heart of the product. Custom typography and sleek packaging systems gave each bar a high-end, gift-worthy feel, while still staying true to KitKat’s playful spirit.

The result? A design-led experience that saw over 700 KitKats sold every hour. Demand was so strong, Westfield asked us to extend the activation and the concept was later rolled out globally.
